Time Budget

        First of all we shall make the time budget for Sam. It includes things that our friend does every day and the time he needs for every activity. 

         

Time Budget = Activity + Time

Time budget for Sam:

1. Sleep – 9 hours
2. Having a shower/bath, dressing, getting ready for school – 1, 5 hours   
3. Having breakfast, dinner and supper – 1, 5 hours
4. The road to school and getting home (by bus or on foot) – 1 hour
5. School – 6 hours
6. Rest after school – 0, 5 hour
7. Football – 1 hour
8. Household chores – 1 hour
9. Doing homework – 1, 5 hours
10. Personal time (dreaming/reading/making plans/watchingTV/communication with friends) – 1 hour

Total time spent – 24 hours
